The Owner and Broker-In-Charge at Reside Real Estate, Susan Aviles, has over 30 years of corporate and real estate experience. A New Orleans native who started from scratch in Charleston after Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Susan and her family live in Mt. Pleasant. In her downtime, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, sampling the latest restaurants and festivals, walking the bridge and beaches, and relaxing with a delightful book.

Susan’s designations include: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC), E-Pro, Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), and Realtor of Distinction - Executive Circle. She has a BS in Accounting with a minor in sales and marketing from Auburn University and The American University.
