About Susan & Bill

I work with my husband, Bill Lease, and we are the proud Owners of RE/MAX POWER Associates! We are blessed with a wonderful & amazing group of professional, resolute agents and office staff whom all work hard to make the real estate experiences of our client’s great ones! Our office operates with an open-door policy where we highly value the needs & suggestions of everyone who has honored us by joining our office. For Buyers, we are both available to show homes to Buyers to ensure that we accommodate their busy schedules to the best of our ability. For Sellers, we both attend the initial walk-through of the property and the final Marketing Presentation so that they get the input and knowledge of two seasoned agents. Bill and herself were born and raised in Pennsylvania - Sue in Cambria County and Bill in Somerset County. We would love to share our love and enthusiasm for this area with you! I graduated from Penn State University and have been a licensed real estate agent since 1990. Bill got his license in 1986 and he also brings the valuable knowledge he gained from 6 years in the mortgage industry. We have both been involved in local & state leadership and committee positions with the Cambria/Somerset Association of Realtors and the PA Association of Realtors. Bill is a past board member of the Johnstown Chapter of the Harley Owners Group and we currently belong to the Somerset Chapter.
