Susan is a wealth of knowledge and made my first-time home buying experience as easy as possible. She took the time to answer every question I had (and I had a lot of them!) and was quick to go to work for me through the negotiation process. We had the pleasure of having Susan sell our house in Charlotte in 6 days on the market . We live in California and this was my husband's family home. He went back to Charlotte to get the house ready, Susan came to the house and gave him some ideas for the sale. Thank goodness for Susan as I couldn't make the trip. She made the negotiations so smoothly with being out of state. She so went above and beyond for us. We would gladly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home.
