Susan DeMarco is absolutely amazing, very professional while treating you as family all at the same time. Susan was always available when I had questions and trust me I had TONS of questions 😁. Susan was with us every step of the way and helped to ease any anxiety that may have tried to surface on our purchase of a new house In Blythewood while we still lived in Florida. Sue helped me find a home very quickly after moving to Columbia from out of state. She was very responsive and answered any question about purchasing property I had. Sue was very accommodating, scheduling showing around my work schedule. When it was time to put offers in, she helped me put together strong offers that were within my budget, but also stand out from other buyers. In two weeks, I saw 16 houses, made three offers, and mine was accepted! A 30 day close and I am moved in. Sue makes it happen!
