We met Susan at an open house months before we were ready to even start the buying process. She was kind and knowledgeable. She helped guide us through the home buying process from start to finish. She put in the work to set us up with a personalized website that would help us find the ideal home and then took the time to show us several homes, some of which we looked at before we were even preapproved. Personally, I feel that this is going above and beyond the call of duty considering it could have been her time wasted had we not gotten a preapproval. I was most impressed with Susan’s ability to get the feel for exactly what we were looking for and her knowledge of real estate that helped us identify potential issues that we as first-time home buyers would not have known about or thought of. I would recommend Susan to anyone asking for a reference because she was so readily available and works with your schedule to show homes and answer questions. With her many years in the field she was able to help us find other services, such as financing, that saved us time and money and made the buying experience faster and better than if we had gone in the original direction that we were going. She has kept in contact with us post sale as well to see how things are going. Overall, I would consider Susan as not only my real estate agent, but as a friend and ally in home buying and beyond.

We met Susan at an open house she was hosting and we were looking for an agent. From the conversation we had about that home, we felt Susan was honest and knowledgeable, so we decided to work with her. We wanted to find a good home within our price range and location. Susan taught us a lot of things about what to look for in houses, what kind of setup is better than the other, what are indications that the current owners are not taking care of the home. We felt we learned a lot from Susan about houses and the process. Susan was patient and accommodating, there were a few homes we went back and looked at a couple of times. Susan even showed us a house on Thanksgiving Day. When some homes were overpriced, she let us know. Susan helped us with the sale and purchase of our new home. On the sale of our home, we had the home under contract less than a week after listing with Susan, and sold the property to that buyer. This was after having a bad experience with a different realtor and having our property on the market for over a month! She was in our corner the whole step of the way offering her expert opinion in all matters and was not afraid to be tough with the opposing party during negotiations, when necessary. We never felt as if we were asking too many questions or were bugging her and she always responded in a timely manner. Susan brought up several concerns along the way that demonstrated she had our best interest in mind. We built a new construction home (from the ground up) and she negotiated an extra $2000 for upgrades with the builder, above the standard allowance they already offered. She also helped us choose a better lot based on certain characteristics we had not thought of. We used a couple of her recommended contractors for repairs and inspections and were satisfied with their service. I would strongly recommend her to you or any of my friends or family for the sale or purchase of a new home! I am extremely happy with the service and attention to detail provided by Susan Edwards and Triumph Realty. As a first-time home buyer she guided me through the entire process. She gave me technical tools that allowed me to quickly and efficiently search the MLS. When exploring different homes she was able to identify red flags and potential problems or issues. Susan’s guidance kept me from making some bad decisions. When I finally found the home I wanted, she helped me through the entire process with the seller, and with her help, I was able to negotiate a much lower price than what I might have other-wised paid. During the due diligence process, she ensured that we left no stone unturned, and I was able to get the seller to pay for a number of key repairs prior to closing. She looked out for my best interests and protected me during the entire process and I am deeply grateful. Most importantly, she put in the extra effort – the home I ultimately wanted to buy was about an hour from her office. Despite the inconvenience she always took the time to drive out and assist me and was always present during key inspections or when problems issues came up. Also, despite the fact I had modest means and was buying a home on the lower end of the price scale, she was extremely responsive by email and phone, and proactive in contacting me.
