As a full-time realtor, Susan brings her experience from design, entitlement and construction to her real estate practice. Susan began her career, right out of college, in landscape architecture and quickly realized that she would excel in real estate. After a stint as a development manager for Prometheus Real Estate Group, entitling and managing multi-family housing projects, she moved her career north to Marin County and began in real estate sales. The dynamic nature of the real estate market requires a professional with integrity, confidence and determination, all characteristics that mark Susan’s personality as well as her professional ambition. Her experience in the world of real estate development has provided an excellent foundation in real estate finance, contract negotiation and transaction management all skills that are invaluable in the real estate sales.

Susan’s home is Marin County and her knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as local resources serves her clients well. From inspectors to contractors to preschools, nannies and local restaurants, Susan is a wealth of Marin knowledge. She is significantly invested in her local community and actively involved in local organizations. Susan lives in a 1920s bungalow in San Anselmo with her husband and 2 daughters. She is passionate about giving back and investing in the community and does so by donating a portion of each commission to a local non-profit and actively participating in a number of local organizations.
