About Susan

Susan is a luxury real estate consultant with Coastal Properties Group, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. Before joining Coastal Properties Group and Christie’s International Real Estate, Susan was a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, specializing in luxury homes, serving Clearwater Beach, Fla. and surrounding areas, including but not limited to Belleair Beach, Belleair, Island Estates and Indian Rocks Beach. She also was a realtor with Joanne Hiller & Associates. Before starting her career in real estate, Susan was Director of Marketing at ICT Worldwide, an international telecommunications company. Susan earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of South Florida and studied finance and marketing at the University of Michigan. Standing for buyers and sellers in all types of residential real estate transactions, Susan specializes in luxury and waterfront homes, investment and vacation properties, executive rental properties, foreclosures, short sales, relocation, condominiums and single-family homes.
