I would highly recommend Sue to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She was always a please to deal with and available whenever questions arose. She clearly knows all aspects of the business and was able to put me in touch with other qualified people whenever needed, such as with contractors, for any task that needed to be completed. Even months after the purchase was complete, she followed up with me and a local contractor to ensure the proper flood vents were installed before the “certification” deadline expired. When we made the decision we were ready to buy in Sea Isle, Susan was recommended to us by our good friends who used Susan for two purchases they had made and also several purchases and sales their family members had made. Susan is extremely pleasant to work with and she really knows and understands the Sea Isle market which was very helpful to us. She was very patient with us as we looked at a lot of properties over a year and a half process. She was very good at pointing out pros and cons of properties through the process and answering our questions and following up. She is very professional and was very good at getting back to us in short amount of time. Susan has been in the Sea Isle market for a long time as it showed with knowledge of what was going on previously and currently with the housing market and also her relationships with builders and mortgage folks that all was very helpful as we bought our dream shore house. Love Susan Giordano! I'm originally from the east coast but now reside in Chicago, IL (23 yrs.) Whenever i call Susan for a SIC rental she is quick to help me out! She is my go to person as soon as I know my family and I are heading to the Jersey Shore. Once before i used a different realtor (suggested by family) who rents there and I was not happy!! The woman clearly didn't listen to my families needs etc. Never again would i use another. Susan and I never have met, but I feel like she knows me and knows that my boys have grown and what we are looking for and what we need. I loved working with Sue Giordano. I worked with her for almost 2 years before she found me the perfect house. We looked on and off over that time, but, no house, in my price range, thrilled me. I began to feel bad that Sue kept on sending info, meeting with me, etc. and nothing met my expectations. Susan has always been a pleasure to work with when it comes to renting our vacation homes in SIC. Even under the worst of circumstances (when the property we were looking to return to burned to the ground last April), she was on the ball - ensuring that we found another property to vacation in on short notice. It's a scary thing to rent a vacation property sight unseen, but she knew what we were looking for and was able to accommodate us. If she takes this much care with a weekly vacation rental, I'd imagine her work on behalf of buyers/sellers would be similarly excellent...
