Susan does an excellant job in searching for the right house to purchase, she knew most of the details and was quick to find answers to anything she didn't know. We also sold our house with her and she worked very hard and long to get us potential buyers even with a slumping housing market. She is very personable and easy to talk to, she was patient as we looked the houses over and made decissions on them. I plan to use Susan as my agent for future purchases and sales. Greg Schafer

When we relocated to the Northwest Ohio area, we worked with Susan for several months before we could actually begin touring homes. She was able to pass along listings and helped us with information about various homes while we awaited announcement of our move. Susan was a great resource and was able to provide assistance in a very confidential manner. Her on-line resources and knowledge of the area proved to be a huge benefit when moving from outstate. Susan does research before you meet with her, thus savings time and questions. She knows the sales history of the neighborhood, the assessed values, etc. She is always prompt! She knows the market area well, i.e., history of homes. She does an excellent job of staging a home for pictures to put on the internet. Our home was purchased within one week and it was persons who saw it on the net. She took the time to know us. A few years later we decided to sell and move again. Of course we contacted Susan. She has become a friend as well as our agent. Now they have a moving van we can use! This is an additional savings. Meanwhile, I had a property in Florida to sell, she connected us with an agent there from Remax. He was awesome and sold that place. Sue received no monetary reward, yet helped us. She cares about her clients.
