Susan Harrison

Having grown up in Blacksburg, Susan has lived in the New River Valley for most of her life, and she loves to call the area home. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech (B.A.- Engl '84) and Hollins University (M.A.L.S.- Social Sciences '19.) Her first career was spent working with customers as the co-owner of a retail business in Christiansburg. For the last twelve years, her real estate career has been filled with assisting many wonderful clients from near and far. She enjoys representing buyers and sellers, and she has extensive knowledge regarding investment property as she has owned and managed rental properties in the NRV for many years. Susan has received several sales awards including Rookie of the Year and Agent of the Year. She has also been honored by her colleagues with the Coldwell Banker Townside Setting the Standard award. If asked, she will tell you that she has been so fortunate because she always has the best clients. From Rookie of the Year in 2010 to Agent of the Year in 2014, Susan has assisted dozens of clients as they have bought and sold property in the New River Valley.
