Susan Holway

Sue began her career in 1976 as a Licensed Salesperson when she joined her family business, Hotchkiss Agency. She had owned and managed her family's business since 1989, when she became a Licensed Broker. She is licensed in all of CT and primarily works in the lower Litchfield County and Greater Waterbury area. Susan is a member of the National and Connecticut Association of Realtors.

During her career, Susan earned the Graduate of Realtors Designation (GRI) in 1987, the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation (CRB) in 1991, the Accredited Buyer Representative designation in 2004 (ABR), and the E-Pro designation in 2004. In the field of construction, as a homeowner, she remodeled and redecorated an older multi-family home, built a ranch-style home, and added a second-floor addition to the ranch. She also created a subdivision of lots and owns investment properties.
