Susan Horowitz

Susan began her career in real estate in 2010. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Susan spent more than 15 years in the television business as a producer and eventually as a development executive. It was there she honed her ability to sell, negotiate and oversee all aspects of a deal, making sure nothing ever falls through the cracks.

Susan has built her reputation on providing her clients with concierge service that begins at the first meeting and lasts well beyond the closing table. She knows it is crucial to provide unparalleled service by listening well, guiding thoughtfully, and negotiating always with her client’s best interests. For Susan knowing that as a Realtor she gets to make a meaningful contribution in the lives of her clients helping them find a place to raise their families while becoming vital members of their communities is everything.

In addition to her role as an agent, Susan was the President of the West Essex Board of Realtors for 2016-2018, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. Susan and her team have been awarded the New Jersey Associate of Realtors® Circle of Excellence since 2013.
