I has been a REALTOR® since 1990. In the spring of 2013, I went back to the classroom to take the Real Estate Brokers course and earned her Associate Broker License, then in 2018 became the Broker of Market Realty. In 2023 I made the decision to join RE/MAX Aspire and form the Selling Spires team with my daughter Hanna Houck. Along the way I have furthered her education by earning the New Home Sales Professional designation, the Accredited Buyer and Relocation Specialist designation, Military Relocation Professional certification, Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, At Home with Diversity designation, C2EX, Pricing Strategy Advisor and I am also a Digital Marketer.
