Susan Keleher

Susan has lived in Falmouth on Cape Cod since 1987, having lived most of her life in West Springfield, MA. She married a Falmouth native, and they have a blended family of five children and four grandchildren. Four of their children still live on the Cape, but Susan enjoys visiting the fifth in California. Her husband has worked for the Steamship Authority for over 25 years. Susan is a member of the Falmouth Art Guild, Highfield Hall, and Gardens and is continually active in community events.

Susan has many years of experience in the hospitality industry where she developed skills in sales and marketing, which prepared her for her real estate career, at which she has worked diligently and continuously since 2002. She is a good communicator and great negotiator, with excellent organizational skills. She also enjoys and excels at doing property research. She can provide buyers and sellers with the knowledge and confidence they need to make their real estate decisions. Her experience and her dedication are evident in the outstanding relationship she has with her clients, both buyers and sellers.
