We are very lucky to have (Lichun) Susan Lee as our agent of buying this WA Vancouver house. Susan took us to see the houses we’re interested in and gave us a lot of information about builder’s reputation. Once we decided, she helped us on bidding and negotiated a good deal with the builder for us. Since we lived in Seattle area, it’s hard for retirees to travel 3.5 hours in between. She volunteered to keep a close eye on the new construction and documentation until closing. Buying a house is exciting but the process sometimes very frustrating. With Susan’s professional knowledge and extremely patient attitude, we finally got our dream retirement home. My husband and I are really appreciate her help. Since we couldn't physically be there during the time, Susan visited the houses for us and showed us remotely via live streaming. She was very patient and also extremely professional. When she found something unusual in a listing, she didn't hesitate sharing with us, either good or bad. We spent a lot of time finding an ideal house, mainly because we were picky buyers.
