Susan Locantore

Sue Locantore has been practicing real estate for over 35 years. She has vast experience in selling residential homes and estates, commercial/investment properties, multi-family homes, condominiums, and land. She has also worked with clients on 1031 exchanges.

While she enjoys working with people from all walks of life, Sue has two horses of her own and finds great interest in representing equine properties. She has been a resident of Sanbornton, NH, for 30 years. Before that, she lived in the White Mountains region.

Sue’s knowledge of NH real estate is comprehensive. She previously owned her own independent brokerage and decided to join Roche Realty Group to take advantage of the company’s innovative marketing.
