Susan Longnecker

Growing up in Pennsylvania, I never imagined I would end up in Idaho. Then 20 + years ago I met my husband and soon after joining him in Kansas City, we relocated to southern Idaho for his job. Fast forward five more relocations, including Washington and Colorado, and we chose northern Idaho as our final destination. I am probably the only person in the world that likes moving but I enjoy the entire process. Throughout the years of renting, buying and selling homes I've become attracted to real estate. I spent twenty five years in retail management and would love to use that experience along with my own real estate experiences to help others make their dreams come true. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, fishing, camping and hiking with my husband. I also have four dogs that I adore and spoil along with a lot of chickens and ducks. I am also a little bit of a sports fanatic, love me some football, baseball, hockey and college basketball!
Relationships are the basis of my business and I work diligently for my clients to ensure my sellers get the highest and best for their home, my buyers get the best deal without compromising safety and equity and help my investors make smart decisions. I currently cover north Idaho and eastern Washington.
