Susan McKeon-Paterson

Susan is a 30-year resident of the area, first in Cranbury, now living in Princeton with her husband, Dave. Having raised her three, now adult children in the Princeton area, Susan is intimately familiar with our local communities and what makes the Greater Princeton Area a wonderful place live.

Working full time as a Broker Sales Associate since 2009, Susan graduated with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Rider University before entering the real estate business. Exposure to the residential real estate business started at a young age- her mother was a successful broker on Long Island.

Susan strives to understand the unique needs of each client. She knows how important it is to be a good listener, not only with her clients, but on their behalf when challenged with a difficult situation. Her well-developed negotiation skills are an asset throughout the transaction. Susan keeps an open mind and works to be a problem solver, a trusted resource and an advisor to her clients before, during and after the sale.

Along with her support team, Susan offers clients a unique real estate experience that includes constant communication, attention to detail, and a high level of service. Additionally, her work as a home stager and re-styler is a marketing tool that sets her listings apart from the competition.
