Susan McSwain worked with with my Dad in selling his home in Williamsburg Commons. It took a bit of time to sell, however Susan did say that it might take several months (which it did) and the market was not great at the time. Susan kept in touch with us several times per week, but was always responsive if we had questions. Once Dad's place was sold, the closing was so easy. Highly recommend Susan McSwain as a realtor for your home.
