The Key team is amazing! We didn’t know about Waterville Estates until the Key team told us about the area. I just closed on a condo with Amy. She is wonderful and always a joy to speak to - kept me up to date along the way and would explain anything that I had questions on. Given this was my first home purchase and from another state, my closing was a bit of a process, but Amy was calm under any pressure (I can’t say I was!). She spearheaded everything to make sure we were on target to close. I’m so glad I found my second home with this team. Thank you so much!

A while back, I had connected with Alie through a work colleague and immediately knew she was the one to help us move. Back and forth, emails, texts, signatures you name it. She was there to help us with questions and replied instantly with answers we needed. This is so hard to find these days and it’s the reason we got everything done so quickly and efficiently.

A few months passed and we began exploring Newburyport since we both always wanted to live there. We found the perfect house and immediately Alie was on it, emailing the agent, setting up a showing for us to get us in early within an hour of us seeing it online. We saw it and loved it. When it was time for our new home inspection, we were introduced to Amy who immediately felt like a friend we had known for many years. She asked questions for us and just made us feel so at peace with the inspection process. Fast forward through emails and a billion texts and we made it to our dream home with Alie and Amy’s help!

Brian and I would like to thank Amy Wholley for all her dedication and hard work it took to sell our multi-family in Somersworth, NH. She set up a photographer and stager right away and was very honest with us about the process. We had lots of questions and she was there with answers right away. There were no surprises. In the middle of selling our home she helped us find another to downsize too, and helped us secure financing. I would like to thank Susan Monette for an excellent home buying experience. Throughout the entire process, Susan was extremely responsive and always had our interests top of mind. Susan assisted in identifying excellent properties that were not on our radar and fell within our requirements. She had a strong handle on each town's market, knew in advance how well each prospective neighborhood holds its value and was well versed on code restrictions. This was all quite helpful in knowing if a house was priced correctly. Susan provided great perspective on both home renovation ideas and potential trouble spots by leveraging her extensive real estate experience. The process of preparing, reviewing and signing key documents while submitting offers was also seamless, as Susan helped check all pertinent boxes and coordinated this mostly online process with ease. Lastly, when we found our future home, Susan was readily available and always punctual when assisting with the purchase & sales, inspections and walk-throughs. If there even seemed that there might be a delay in the process with lenders or associated consultants, then Susan would be there to assist with follow-ups and status checks to ensure that the closing process remained on track with its original timeline.
