Susan Orth

Susan Orth is a Colorado Native, she grew up in Sterling Colorado, a small town in Northeastern Colorado. She graduated from Sterling High School and Northeastern Junior College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

After graduating from NJC, Susan jumped right into the real estate field and was licensed in 1983, that gives her over 38 years of experience in real estate. Shortly after she was licensed, she moved to Fort Collins and has called that her home ever since. Most of those years were spent managing and mentoring hundred of successful real estate broker in the Fort Collins/Loveland/Greeley area. Susan now feels it is time to turn her attention to helping friends and family with all their real estate needs.

Susan has been married to Jim Orth for almost 33 years. Jim is a retired principal from Eaton Middle School and is currently reaching at Resurrection Christian School. They have 2 grown sons, Austin and Tanner that they love to spend time with. Both Susan and Jim spent many years as volunteers or booster club officers at the boy’s schools. Their home was the hosting house for many sport dinners and Young life meetings.

Outside her professional and business life, some of Susan’s hobbies are traveling with her family, cooking, reading and serving at her church. She is an avid sprots fan and along with Jim has plans to visit all the professional baseball parks in the US and Canada.

Real Estate has been a lifelong passion for Susan, she not only lists and sells in the area, she also teaches licensing and continued education courses.
