We needed handicap accessibility, pets, a bunch of rooms, and proximity to our workplaces. Checking out houses with her was fast, fun, and informative! Sue Parks was amazing! Bottom line up front, she got us a price tens of thousands of dollars higher than we ever thought we could after 6 days on the market. We decided to sell a house we've been renting out for years, and needed much work after the last tenant. She talked us through our options, recommended key repairs and renovations, found us an excellent contractor to do the work, and got us top dollar in very short time frame. Susan Parks is the ultimate real estate professional! She knows the market trends, what buyers are looking for in a home and what sellers need to do in order to get their home sold for top dollar. Whether you are a potential buyer or seller you need to have Susan by your side helping you to achieve your goal or homeownership or the sale of your home. After touring our home a few months before it went on the market, Susan told us that she would have no problem selling our ten year old home and that it would sell fast. We had kept our home in good condition and had made several upgrades to it during the past several years. When Susan listed our home in July 2021, it was on the market for just two days before we received an offer that was $50,000 over asking price!! Needless to say we were quite pleased and very happy that we were the beneficiaries of Susan’s superb knowledge of the market.
