In 2015, my siblings and I inherited a family farm with 337 acres in Sussex County. After researching four real estate companies, we chose Susan to list our property. It was a very complex situation with many issues. The property had two houses, more than 7 barns, and a winery on it for many years. A major complication was that 95% of the land was in Farmland Preservation, and we lost many prospective buyers because of this. Eventually, the property sold. Because the property was owned by multiple people, it was not an easy situation. We worked with Susan for about 2 years, and her patience and perseverance with this property were amazing. Susan was especially knowledgeable about farms. She was easy to work with, honest, and truly professional. We always felt we were in good hands with Susan and her agency. I cannot say enough about her!
