About Susan

Susan’s Real Estate career began in the Haverhill MA and Southern NH area over 40 yrs. ago during a challenging environment. Involvement with assisting clients led her to later choose to be a part of the financing end of the business. For a period spanning 25 yrs., she was a loan officer for various lenders and subsequently a regional VP of mortgage lending. She always enjoyed working with both buyers and sellers in facilitating the purchase of their first, second, or investment homes.

The first step to Susan’s relocating to Carroll County was a second home in the Lakes Region. Immediately, she knew that she had to make a plan to permanently live in this area! Returning to Real Estate was the way to realize her dream.
