Susan Phillips

New Braunfels is a tourist destination! We have 45+ fully furnished resort rentals on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. Canyon Lake and Lakes Dunlap, McQueeney and Placid have lovely waterfront homes. We do short and long term rentals year round, corporate, team and interim housing . We assist our guests with relocation services and permanent housing. We work with residential buyers and sellers in Comal and Guadalupe Counties as well. Susan recently sold a Lake Dunlap vacation home east of New Braunfels.

Susan won Business Woman of the Year from the New Braunfels Women's Chamber (she is the founder) and the New Braunfels Hispanic Chamber. She has directed and created 5-K runs benefiting non profits such as Hospice, Family Outreach, Habitat and more. Susan directed the first Race for the Cure in San Antonio. Her family created Bark in the Park for the Humane Society.

Susan is single, is a runner, avid reader of classics, mother of two grown fabulous kids. They haved lived in New Braunfels for 25 years and Susan is very involved in the community. An energizer bunny, she will find you just the home or temp housing that you need!
