You don't get any better than Suzi! With over 30 years of experience, you can trust Suzi with any purchase or sale. We started with a different realtor trying to sell our home and after 4 months of nothing in a very hot market, we switched to Suzi and had multiple offers in less than 5 days. The difference was obvious. Suzi puts in the work and that little something extra to help make your home stand out and once you have a buyer lined up, she continues to impress with her knowledge and guidance through every step until closing is complete.

We had a very strange sale process and would not have made it through the way we did without the help of Suzi. Take it from my personal experience, not all agents are the same. Be smart and call Suzi for your real estate needs!

I have worked with other realtors and Suzi is by far the best. Her honesty and work ethic are impeccable.She has sold 2 of my houses, one within 2 months when NOTHING was selling. She is extremely professional. She takes care of every detail, even stopping in to check my house because we were on vacation and had so many viewings they were waiting in line. She gives ideas but doesn’t push. Helps stage your house. She hires the best photographer and 3D drone videographer. I wouldn’t ever go with another realtor again. Any questions, just ask Suzi and she would get back very quickly. She’s very well known and respected. Don’t take a chance with a different realtor. Just use Suzi.

Susan Price was recommended to me by a friend. From start to finish Susan was remarkably efficient with the process in selling my home. Susan explained how selling a home works. She was up front about the potential pros and cons about the property. Susan gave me all the information about listings that compared to my home. She made me feel comfortable I was selling my house at the correct price. My house was listed in several different websites. I had an offer in the first three days and a contract shortly after. Susan was able to sell my house start to finish in just over a month. I can see now why my friend recommended her. In the future I will recommend Susan Price to all family and friends in the assistance for selling their home.

Suzi makes buying and selling a Breeze! Sold 2 houses with her and found 1 with her. Selling went so fast, even the one while the Carona Virus was happening, that she had it sold in 30 days! And only 2 showings! Looking for homes with Suzi is like hanging out with your girlfriend, she always knew exactly what I wanted, and I am a very picky person, but she always, always persevered! Susan Price was our realtor that helped us find our perfect home. The first time we contacted her, she got back to us right away. While looking at homes, she wasn’t pushy just trying to get a sale. Suzi Price did an outstanding job as the real estate agent for the sale of my brother's house in Illinois after he died. I was the administrator of the estate and I live in Florida, and she was so hands on that I did not have to come to Illinois even once. Not only did she get the house sold quickly at a price I was very happy with, she arranged for all my brother's belongings to be removed, including shipping some to me, hiring a friend of hers to remove books and sell them at a local used book store, meeting some of my brother's friends at the house to give them some of my brother's belongings, taking an old guitar to a music shop to try and sell it, and hiring a company to clean the house and haul away the junk. She even helped me find a buyer for my brother's car, and met the buyer for him to inspect the car and met him again to transfer title for me. She was incredibly responsive, always being available at a moment's notice. I'm sure I've forgotten many things she did because she did so many. Bottom line is that she's fantastic!
