With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee and a minor in Architecture, Susan brings a unique design perspective to real estate. She began her career in interior design with Gresham Smith and Partners, contributing to both the Corporate and Healthcare divisions before transitioning into real estate in 2004.

In addition to her real estate business, Susan is a real estate investor and owns two vacation rental properties near the Great Smoky Mountains. She enjoys sharing her experience and helping others explore the benefits of real estate investing.

Susan and her husband, Craig, a Franklin native, have been married for over 30 years and are proud parents to three children. Their family is active in the Church of the City in Franklin and has long been involved in Scouts. Susan loves her community and is passionate about helping families find a place to call home.
