As a Realtor licensed in multiple states, yet relocating to the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area, I thought it wise to have a fellow agent represent me, especially in a completely new state.
Sure, Ed and I share some commonalities in our background, but more importantly he and Susan were responsive to my myriad questions, generalized and specific, and attentive to the details of my home purchase, asking me questions to ensure I was making optimal decisions for each aspect of the transaction.

Ed and Susan are amazing!! They guided my sister and I through the long process of building our first house. There are simply not enough stars for these two -- Susan and Ed are such an incredible team!! As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I could not have found a better duo to find us our dream home (and oh boy did they do just that!). Buying a house for the first time can be quite scary, but Susan and Ed did everything they could to be readily available for questions, and extremely comforting during the entirety of the process. They're also very knowledgeable about the industry and surrounding area of Jacksonville. Oh, and they have all the best connects too! We're so very thankful to have had these two guide us in this process.

Susan and Doug were amazing!!!! They were very patient and kind and did not allow us to give up. The market for us was tough and although a couple times we wanted to settle, they did not allow us to. Glad we met them and looking forward to working with them again in the future!
