About Susan

Susan grew up in Winterset about 30 minutes SW of Des Moines. After graduation, Susan moved to Iowa City to attend the University of Iowa, the lifelong dream of mine to be an Iowa Hawkeye. Upon completion of her four-year degree, Susan moved back to the Des Moines area and started my first "grown up" job.

Susan then moved on to a career with Principal Financial Group. After 9 years, she decided to chase her dreams of becoming a real estate agent and follow in her father's footsteps. Susan left Principal in 2005 and joined Iowa Realty.

Susan has been loving every moment of meeting new clients and friends and helping them find their own dreams. Susan loves her career and sharing the excitement of them closing on their new homes!
