Susan Whisennand

Susan Whisennand is a full time professional Real Estate Broker working with Fairway Real Estate. Susan gained her Washington State Broker's license in 2014 and specializes representing both buyers and sellers of residential real estate.

Susan is originally from Shropshire in the UK, but has lived in Yelm, Washington since 2011.

From the first time you meet Susan, you will feel at ease with her calm, professional and personable working style and be confident in her ability to represent your best interest through the Real Estate transaction. With her in depth knowledge of the local market and strong work ethics she never fails to delight her clients.

Working for a small privately owned Brokerage enables Susan to use her skills as a consummate multitasker. In addition to working with buyers and sellers she is the assistant property manager, office transaction co-coordinator and secretary!

Prior to working with Real Estate Susan was a UK Government employee. During her 30 year career she held positions in logistics, Army housing, human resources, telephone switchboard management.

Susan is an integral part of the five star rated Fairway Team who have been awarded Top Rated Local Business award for the second year running. When asked about her favorite part of the job she says she loves the challenge of finding the perfect home for her buyers and considers it a privilege to be chosen to do so.
