A REALTOR® since 2004 Sue is a trusted advocate and advisor to her clients, Sue serves buyers and sellers across the region, with a focus on the Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Windsor, Cloverdale, Cotati, and Rohnert Park markets. She taps into her stellar negotiating tactics and expertise on the transaction process to ensure a seamless and successful outcome for her clients.

Sue has a knack for identifying an opportunity and matching people with their ideal homes. She loves nothing more than being present to experience her clients’ dreams and hard work come to life, as well as seeing homes transformed to suit their needs. She thoroughly listens to her clients, serving as an empathetic, trustworthy, and communicative advisor, which is why so many of her clients become lifelong friends.

Over the course of her career, Sue has co-owned a general engineering company and has been a consultant for a real estate investment company specializing in residential renovation, development, and property management, helping them source quality investments and tenants. She has also purchased and remodeled her own homes, nurturing her eye for architecture and design, a talent that serves her clients well.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Sue moved to California when she was 20 years old. She attended St. Edmunds College for Girls, Manchester Polytechnic and holds a Certified Residential Specialist designation.
