Susana did an absolutely magnificent job finding me the perfect townhouse this past October! She listened carefully to what I was looking for and quickly found me multiple options to consider. Susana is one of the best brokers I've worked with (and I've worked with a number of them in NYC, SF, Houston and overseas). She took the time to understand what I was looking for, which admittedly, is challenging to articulate, as it is more about the vibe or energy when walking into a house...the Chi (or Qi).

She made it easy for me to be able to view and eventually purchase a place remotely. I love her attention to detail, and educating me on the things to look for structural concerns as well as potential resale value.

She also connected me to great interior designer and contractor for renovations, as well as guiding me in setting up basics like utilities.

In contemplation of selling my place in Texas, she went above and beyond by researching and interviewing brokers to help me narrow down someone that would have similar approaches/ethics and maximize my sale. I would 11 out of 10 recommend her to anyone!
