I am an occasional real estate investor and have done businesses with Susanna twice. Both times they were exceptionally pleasant and valuable experiences. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and always have a solution for a problem, even when it requires provisions of efforts and value outside of her customary bound. I would give six stars if it were an available choice.

We hit the jackpot finding Susanna to help us purchase a property in Philadelphia from Oregon! I read through her Zillow reviews and immediately felt she would be the right fit. Since we were planning to purchase a property without visiting, we needed someone we could trust and understood our goals. She took the time to Zoom with us through neighborhoods and in homes of interest to us. Ultimately, we found a great home and she patiently guided us through the process, lining us up with other professionals she trusts. Susanna goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Susanna!

Susanna is not only a top notch RE agent, but she is a top notch human being. She basically took care of my short-sale herself, while I was on the other side of the country. She would check in on the house, forward me mail that the post office overlooked, and set the thermostat lower in the winter so I wasn't being charged for unnecessary utilities. This house was a noose around my neck, and I was very depressed about the entire situation going into short sale and possible foreclosure. Susanna was kind and supportive, not to mention so knowledgeable about the whole convoluted process that I didn't really have to do much besides move and sign some paperwork. I hope I never have a foreclosure or short sale situation again, but if I do (God forbid), Susanna is my first call.

Susan was great to work with. I bought a place sight unseen and she handled everything as if it was her money. She was trustworthy and I felt very confident in her. When I vacated she even helped clean it out for me. I highly recommend her.

Susanna is a total gem. We started looking for homes in early 2020. We had not yet found an agent, but struck up a conversation with her at an open house. My husband and I immediately noticed how real she was: she was truthful and did not try to "sell" us, either on the home or on her as an agent. As a result, we got in touch with her the next day and asked her to represent us.

Throughout the process, she was incredible: she educated us about the different neighborhoods, prepared factbooks for each weekend that we looked for homes, and made sure she never wasted our time showing us homes that were not a fit. At the end of the process, we found the perfect place. I can honestly say, it was all because of her. I cannot express how amazing she is and how rare as an agent: kind, thoughtful, realistic, honest, easy to work with. I would work with her in a second if we ever needed to again, and so cannot recommend her more highly.
