Susi Haviland

Susi Haviland was born and raised in a family of Realtors in Northbrook, Il. She started working in her father’s Real Estate Companies at the age of twelve answering the phones and doing paperwork on the weekends and continued this through high school. She was able to watch many Realtors in action and saw what it took to be successful in real estate: hard work, absolute integrity, professionalism, creativity, a good ear and making it fun. These attributes have been the corner stones to Susi’s work ethic.

Susi graduated from Colorado State University in the School of Social Work. She was a director of social services for 10 years. She feels the skills gained from this profession allow her to better serve her Buyers and Sellers in assessing their needs and priorities as well as negotiation and communication skills.

Susi and her family moved to the Madison area in 1980. She immediately fell in love with all the outdoor activities Madison has to offer throughout the different seasons as well as the access to the numerous cultural and educational opportunities available here. She feels there is no better place to raise your family than the Madison area, as she has experienced with her three sons. Susi loves outdoor sports and has enjoyed sharing these with her family, from skiing, to sailing, boating, hiking, camping and more.

Susi joined the Stark Company in 1986, after researching which company she felt best represented the values she believes in. Susi has been Sales Associate of the Year for the last 22 years in a row with the Stark Company.
