I am writing this as an overjoyed seller who just closed on my home in record time and above asking price. I couldn’t have done so without Susie’s knowledge of current market conditions and professionalism.

This was my first time selling a home, and she prioritized my needs while guiding me through every phase of the selling process. She also answered every question promptly and was completely accessible. She is a member of the community herself and has extensive knowledge of the area’s diverse populations, especially the particular housing needs of military families. I recommend her without reservation and can’t imagine anyone who could match her ability to represent a home buyer/seller/renter in the Triangle/Quantico area.

The thought of purchasing a home in this crazy market was a bit intimidating. I'm so thankful I had Susie in my side as she is an expert at navigating real estate. After reading all the other reviews. I agree with everyone else and wanted to add some different things with my amazing experience with Susie. I just wanted to start by saying that the best thing about Susie was the peace of mind that I had during this whole process. She really is out for your best interest! Always thoroughly explaining every and anything! Don’t be afraid to ask her questions! Secondly, the housing market isn’t the same as it was pre-Covid. When going out there and into the market, Especially if you’re a first time home buyer, you definitely want somebody like Susie who can fight for your best interest!
There’s going be a lot of realtors in the area But there won’t be many like susie that has a huge team at the tip
Of her finger tips. Also, Susie is going to be helping me rent out a house! So I am super excited to continue working with her!

Susie did a great job of helping me understand the process and working with me to prepare my home for sale. I had some logistics to overcome with renters who were leaving to work around, but Susie helped manage their expectations as well, making a well organized team be successful. Even at closing there was one or two bumps due to weather related issues that she was apologetic for but worked through with minimal disruption. I would look to Susie in future, especially in the Dumfries/Triangle area which can be a hidden gem.

We found Susie by chance. She was the listing agent for a house we went to see completely on a whim. We were so impressed with her that, not only did we buy the house, but asked her to list our current one as well. We had been interviewing potential realtors for eight months. They were all "the best" realtors in the country, written up in the WSJ, etc. As soon as we met Susie, I just had a feeling it would be a good fit. It was. She sold our house for a greater amount than other agents wanted to list it for. Aside from being simply an extremely likable person, I believe Susie is successful because she is honest and simply works harder than other agents. Her work ethic is impeccable. She quickly answered every single little question we had through the process of both selling and buying our homes. She has the patience of a saint. I simply cannot recommend Susie highly enough!

As frequent movers, we've met our share of agents in the buying and selling process. My job has me moving frequently. When we found our current home years ago, we met the original seller's agent, Susie Zinn, who wouldn't take anything less than top dollar for the house. After we moved in, we were shocked as Susie helped us get settled in even though she was the seller's agent...we never forgot her grit and generous spirit.

Fast forward to the present when it is time to move again, we knew Susie would represent our home well. After a few tips on staging and touch up, she booked the photographer. When the listing posted as "Coming Soon," we were simply blown away at the quality of the listing...you can take a look for yourself and see that the photos are excellent and the floorplan is included for online buyers. Additionally we noticed that our house was posted EVERYWHERE online...every real estate site out there and multiple ads put our house in front of thousands of viewers. I don't recall the exact number of views, but it was well over 1,200 on Zillow in 24 hours...jaw-dropping, un...believe...able...it was the real estate version of going viral.

Opening day, just 5 days later, brought some of the typical anxiety as we awaited the stacked up showings to complete. Five hours after opening, our first offer arrived at 103% of the asking price plus a huge deposit. Needless to say, we had a contract just minutes later.

Susie walked us through every step of the closing process and getting appraisal through smoothly. We couldn't be happier nor had a more pleasant experience.

I'll gladly recommend Susie Zinn to everyone I know. She is such a true professional and so awesome to work with. Selling a home isn't easy, but Susie makes it as simple and as easy as it can be.
