Susie made purchasing my first home very easy and enjoyable. She was able to answer all of my questions with quick response times. She was also very flexible with her schedule, always available to help. I was able to find the perfect home and close on it with no issues at all for a great price! She came prepared with a list of recommendations for a loan officer, inspection company, and remodeling companies, which made everything that much easier.

Susie was amazing. We relocated to northeast Ohio from across the country. She was all about making sure our needs were met, and really had our best interest in mind during the entire home-buying process. We were under contract after just a couple days looking with her, and found the home we wanted. The market was starting to make a turn and she knew exactly what to offer to make sure we were competitive. There were some things even after closing that Susie helped with, and we are so grateful we came across her and her services! Outstanding!

Susie is an excellent real estate agent. She’s been in this business for years and the experience shows. Our house was a niche market, that all of us assumed would take awhile to sell—other homes in our neighborhood had taken over 9 months. Even in this market. We expected the same thing. Our home sold in less then 24 hours! And over asking price!
