First of all, we just want to say upfront that we could not have found anyone better than Susie Mohlman to be our real estate agent. From the beginning of our relationship with her she has been professional, honest, and helpful in so many invaluable ways.

She always took into account our needs, wants and financial parameters in how we looked for a home. She gave us truthful and honest answers to our questions. She was also very experienced in working with VA lending procedures and helped guide us through specifics unique to their lending guidelines.

We looked in many different towns and she was always agreeable to setting up appointments and was meticulous about being there on time to meet us. It really impressed us how she could schedule appointments so well and the attention to detail each time.

I am not quite sure why she has now reviews on here. I have been through 4 agents before I found her. Someone who does her homework and has a clue about the houses she's showing. Always punctual and professional to boot. She knows it all. When showing you a house I am not a professional builder but know my way around more than the average Joe and she is very knowledgeable on these aspects as well.
