Hello !! I’m Suzan. I've lived in Rhea County my whole life, I love it, and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. . I've been in real estate for almost 21 years, it’s seen me through a lot in my life. and it is truly a passion of mine. There's nothing more satisfying than helping that young couple with their first home, or the empty nesters finding their retirement home. All transactions are different and they're all a learning experience. My husband and I have three grown sons, and 5 and 1/2 grandkids, and enjoy spending our time either fishing on beautiful Watts Bar lake, or hitting the road to the Smokey mountains for a drive or a quick getaway. I am a 22 year breast cancer survivor, and I strongly support the cause. I get to keep working every day, where a lot of women I met during my journey weren’t so lucky. The GOOD LORD has blessed me beyond measure.
