We were looking for a house & called to see one of her listings. Immediately she proved to be professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend as much time with us as necessary. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. When we couldn't find a house to fit our needs, she recommended a builder. She then spent time with us and the builder to ensure our satisfaction. She then continued checking in with us to be sure all was going well & if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Buying a house and moving is difficult at best but she made it a much easier, peaceful experience.

When I read Suzanne's ad in the local Fredericksburg publication Whurk, I was immediately drawn to give her a call. Her ad reads: It's not just your house, It's your lifestyle. That ad resonating with me and how I felt about where I was, not only in the house buying process, but in my life. I quickly gave her a call and as soon as we spoke I knew Suzanne was the realtor for us. Being a seasoned home buyer I did have some expectations of how this dance was going to play out and fortunately for Suzanne, those expectations were not that high. In the past the realtors I dealt with always seemed too busy, never listened to my requests, and I often felt like I should be the one getting paid when everything was all said and done. This was not the case at all with Suzanne. She always remained connected, kept us informed of what was available, and never complained about showing us the house again....for the fifth time....in 90+ degree heat. Through Suzanne's constant dedication and great connections with some of the finest lenders, contractors and consultants in the Fredericksburg area we found our dream home. We are extremely grateful that we found Suzanne, as our realtor and our friend. Thanks Suzanne!
