Suzanne Faulstich

Suzanne has been a full time Realtor since 1999. In this time, she has helped many home buyers and sellers in the St. Louis and surrounding areas achieve their goals. She is also experienced in the new construction process, both from the selling side in a subdivision of 30 attached villas as well as assisting her clients with purchases. She enjoys helping clients find their first new home as well as finding their dream or retirement home. Whether it be a small condo or a large horse farm, she loves a challenge. It brings her great satisfaction to know she has helped someone realize their dream as she has with her own home.

Suzanne is a member of the National Association, Missouri Association and St. Louis Association of Realtors. She serves on the Missouri Professional Standards and Grievance Committee and holds a GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) designation, a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, as well as an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative designation.
It is her belief that customer service is key to being successful in any profession. She prides herself on serving her clients with the utmost in quality service...because without her clients, she has no business.
