We tried few other realtors in bay area before our friend recommended Suzanne.
Her attitude, knowledge and service approach was amazing compared to our earlier experiences so we are always happy to recommend her to our friends and colleagues.
Her experience and comments were most beneficial on the cases when we were already looking to make offer i.e. she was able to quickly get all needed information, explain possible problems/challenges and find answers to our questions. And finally she positively challenged us to think what was most important for us.
So we ended up finding very nice house (perfect for our needs) with her help and we are looking forward to do business with here next time when we have realtor needs!

Suzanne is amazing! You will not be disappointed. She is not only dedicated to you but she is very knowledgeable. We like that she is not afraid to speak her mind, be proactive, and picky without being overbearing. She pointed out many things about the houses we saw that we would never have noticed or even have known to look for. This saved us from a lot of headache down the road. We never felt rushed at all. She honed in on what wanted and found us our perfect house. She even checked out the neighborhood, neighbors, and really put herself in our shoes. We have a baby on the way and didn't even think of the value of having a Cabana club until she told us about it. What a great way to get kids involved e.g. swim teams and connect to other adults/neighbor at the same time. She also helped us sell our previous house. She did a great job on that too. She really made things happen for us We had a tight schedule from purchase to move to sell and she was instrumental in all of that. Plus, she is just a really fun person to be around. I very much miss seeing her every weekend in our house hunting adventures. Hey assistant, Taylor, who we met a couple times when Suzanne was out of town is also absolutely delightful and really smart. Suzanne also knows everyone, not only other realtors but also contractors. She took care of us even after we moved in to connect us to conctractors for things we wanted to change. She even doubles as a designer, her suggestions are so tasteful and great investments e.g. good for the future when we sell the house. She even gave us suggestions, catalogs and discussed furniture designs with us. I really liked the staging furniture so she helped to point us in the right direction of style + comfort. I have so much more wonderful things to say about Suzanne, can't fit it all here. She is truly amazing!
