Having sold almost $50M, she has mastered both sides of the transaction, including more challenging short sales, REOs, and 1031 exchanges.

Suzanne’s philosophy when working with buyers and sellers is quite simple…. clients come first. Having been a resident of Orange County for over 20 years, Suzanne and her husband have bought and sold several homes and investment properties in the area. As a result, she understands what her clients need while going through the process. Her first step is to listen and understand her client’s needs and then she focuses her energy on providing them with all the knowledge and information to help guide them and ultimately turn their real estate goals and dreams into reality.
