Suzanne was a pleasure to work with. First she extreme knowledgeable about the Rochester area and the current market trends. She provided sound advice and direction. Secondly, she understood our needs and goals in buying a house. We didn’t waste time on houses that didn’t meet our criteria. Suzanne was a wonderful agent to work with. She knew what to look for in homes that as buyers we tend to overlook or not know to look for. She made sure we had all the information on the homes we were interested in and covered all the bases to ensure they would be good purchases for our family. Not to mention she was a joy to spend time with during our home tours! When it came time to make an offer, her expertise and reputation in the industry won us the bid against 4 other buyers. My husband was skeptical about offering what Suzanne was suggesting, (it's scary seeing all those big numbers that this crazy market calls for!) but ultimately we followed her advice and in the end, the offer that she put together is what won over the sellers. We have been in our new home for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier.

Suzanne Hutton helped us find our home - a home we’d been looking for for about 3 years with other realtors. She really listened to what we wanted and was honest with us about what we could get for our money. We absolutely love our home and are so thankful for Suzanne’s help!
