Suzanne Karr

Born in Houston, Texas, Suzanne excelled in school, completing her associates degree at North Harris Community College while working full time and pursuing a career in music. She also attended the University of Houston and continued working as manager of a music retail store. She moved to Nashville in 2002 to pursue music and landed a song publishing and development deal as well as a management contract. She traveled as far as China to perform for a crowd of over 20,000 people. While music was rewarding for Suzanne, helping people to achieve the American Dream of home ownership has been equally as rewarding. One of many things that sets Suzanne apart from other real estate agents is her ability to listen to her clients and understand their needs. She pro-actively works to help each client get what they want in the time they want. She attends real estate classes on a regular basis to stay educated in a constantly changing real estate world. Suzanne diligently hones her skills in sales and negotiation, so she can be an effective and productive agent for her clients. She has been a multi-million dollar producer in 2010-2017 and has earned the e-Pro and Military Relocation Professional designations.
