Suzanne Morgan

Suzanne Morgan maintains a successful real estate business as a Broker-Owner, along with her husband Pete, of Service Matters Realty Inc., Service Matters Property Management, Inc. and newly established Service Matters Association Management, Inc. She is a managing member/owner of a real estate investment LLC managing a total of 14 single family units. Suzanne has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015 and in 2021 earned her real estate Broker’s License.



Suzanne attended LaGrange College, LaGrange, GA and graduated in 1983 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice/Social Work. She moved to Montgomery, AL and worked temporarily at McInnis School as a social worker and then took a permanent position as Director of Resident Services at the Cedars Retirement Facility. In 1997 Suzanne received her A.S. in Nursing (RN) and took a position at Baptist Hospital, Montgomery, AL as Floor/Charge Nurse on the surgical and oncology floor. In 2000 Suzanne joined Montgomery County Public School Health Services as the first School Nurse focused on serving diabetic students. While still serving as a school nurse, in 2007 she completed Forensic Nurse Certification and interned part time under the tutelage of Dr. Kenneth Snell, Chief Medical Examiner of AL Department of Forensic Sciences.



Suzanne moved to Milton, FL in 2012 and worked for Prometric, Test Development as a Nurse Aide Evaluator for Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties. Upon receiving her Florida real estate license, she joined her husband in 2015 at Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast to form Team Morgan and received the Keller Williams Realty Regional Silver Award for sales over $3M. Then in 2016 she was instrumental in the formation of Team Morgan-Byrd and receiving the Keller Williams Realty Regional Triple Gold Award for sales over $10M. Suzanne, along with her husband Pete, established Service Matters Property Management, Inc. and Service Matters Realty, Inc. in 2017 and Service Matters Association Management, Inc. in 2022 with offices in Pace, FL.



Suzanne served four years on the Board of Directors for Independence for the Blind of West Florida and is active in the Les Harlequins krewe and the Blackwater Pyrates – a Community Service Group. She is a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church and is a member of the Church Council.



Suzanne is married to Pete Morgan and together they have five adult children and five grandchildren and reside in Milton, Florida.
