Suzanne and her team are always focused on the client experience -- from walking through the steps involved in all stages of the buying/selling process (in plain language) to ensuring that the relationship continues far beyond the sale.

We recently used Suzanne and team as our buyer's agent, and her team connected with everyone on the seller side to make sure we were presented with helpful move-in information like neighborhood trash collection dates, change of address checklists, and other helpful setup information.

Suzanne makes buying a house such a breeze! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the local market and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand from viewing properties to closing, which is why we decided to work with her again.

My company's relocation service put me in contact with Suzanne for my family’s move from Atlanta to northern Virginia. We were so fortunate to be paired with her because she was extremely on-the-ball. During our first trip from Atlanta to Virginia, Suzanne had nine homes lined up for us to tour the first day. We went on to see several more over the long weekend, and Suzanne got a better sense of what we wanted. Over the next couple months, she and her husband Ron made us feel like their highest priority – researching homes, booking appointments, and giving us virtual video home walkthroughs while we were back in Atlanta. They knew exactly what we were looking for. We had numerous questions since this was our first time buying a home, and Suzanne and Ron were able to answer our questions easily from their years of experience in real estate. They were also able to help us navigate a competitive and rapidly evolving seller’s market. With their help, we bought a townhome one year ago and have loved living here so far. Ron Parisi was basically excellent.

We were desperate renter-seekers, and he was happy to help even knowing rental commission He went above and beyond with our realty process, and applications, and keeping us up to date. There were a lot of issues along the way that he was very helpful guoding us through.

He has a lovely office in Reston Town Center, and while I was dealing with banking after a long day of drivng due to our move, he had toys and books for our little ones to play with.

On-the-hole, we would highly recommend him for any realty ventures.

Given how big an investment a home is, I was intent on finding someone who would support us in that way.

Suzanne has a solid team comprising of the best in marketing, staging and a network of Century21 realtors for brainstorming any unique situations. I had a short deadline to meet for my relocation and an expectation of the price. Suzanne was prompt in her Broker Market Analysis and advised on the right price for the property. Though just a tad short of my price expectations, she willingly listed the property at my asking price. While the brilliant marketing (yeah, everyone I spoke to said it was THE BEST marketing they have seen) brought in lots of qualified buyers, there were no firm offers in the first 10 days. I realized Suzanne was spot on with her “right” price. So I agreed to reduce it to what Suzanne had originally advised (a 25k drop from 750k). The property sold right away. Suzanne was steady as a rock, unwavering in her pricing analysis regardless the noise (what my circle of well wishers think the property is worth). Suzanne’s quote rings in my ears all the time - “the price will be what the market will bear”. Just as in the stock market, the market sets the price. The total time on the market was less than 20 days and I am a happy camper. The marketing campaign was definitely the best I have seen. Soon as I saw it, I requested Suzanne right away for a copy of the video and photos for posterity. It was impeccable detail, high resolution, clarity and stunning track. I knew then, I made the right choice.
