Suzanne Townley

Suzie has been an almost lifelong resident of Kansas, growing up in Tonganoxie, going to college in Emporia, taking her first high school teaching job in Valley Falls, and finishing her high school teaching in the Blue Valley School District. During college, Suzie worked at a daycare center teaching toddlers and then did her student teaching at The Royal Russell School just outside of London, England. In 1993, Suzie took a leave of absence to attend Arizona State University where she earned a master’s degree in theatre.
After finishing her master’s, Suzie moved to Gardner in 1994, buying a small house at Gardner Lake with her husband. Both being animal lovers, they began collecting dogs! Currently, Suzie has 2 wonderful boys, Colt and Leroy, who greet her with unconditional love when she comes home after a 2-minute or 2-day absence! You will see them from time to time on Facebook or on the website.
Suzie began her real estate career in 2001 and moved to Keller Williams in 2008. While the recession was pushing a lot of agents out of the business, Suzie buckled down and built a business that required hiring an administrative assistant in 2012. Tammy Sheaffer has been an invaluable asset to her business since that time.
Suzie has never lost her love of learning or of sharing what she learns with others. She loves working with clients and keeping them educated on the market and the process of selling and buying. She loves teaching her fellow realtors. And, while she often feels like a technology flunky, loves learning all the new technology that makes helping those sellers and buyers as well as making life easier.
Above all, Suzie values honesty, integrity, and open communication -- all of which lead to an atmosphere of trust and friendship.
