Suzette strives to bring value, integrity and professionalism to both buyers and sellers. Her experience and relationships developed in Los Alamos provide a top-notch experience for both buyers and sellers.

Suzette’s creative background brings vision and a wealth of resources. She has been an interior designer since 1991 and currently owns an interior design business. As a benefit for sellers, Suzette and Paula offer free staging as a service to assist with bringing greater value to a client’s home.

Suzette’s experience working at the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, where she facilitated the famous “Haciendas – A Parade of Homes” annual event, brings knowledge of building practices and quality workmanship.

As the Executive Director of the Los Alamos MainStreet Program, whose focus is bringing people downtown for economic development, she knows the importance of creating a vital, active community. Her talent was put to good work when she sat on the Manhattan Project National Historical Park Committee, where she cast her vision to turn Entrance Park into a replica of the Main Gate Guard Shack from the early days of Los Alamos. Main Gate Park now stands as a welcome to visitors and introduces them to the town’s history.

“I feel real estate and design are the perfect complement. I can help buyers envision a home’s potential. I also will work creatively to assist sellers with preparing a home to meet the needs of today’s buyers,” Suzette said. “At the end of the day, I feel successful if my clients have had a good experience.”
