SELLING:
Suzie sold our house within 24 hours. She was so easy to work with and walked us through everything. There's always a chance a home-seller would feel overwhelmed (because there's a lot that's unfamiliar within this process), but Suzie made us feel comfortable and confident in the process (and even on things that were solely our responsibility [like making adjustments to our water heater], she connected us with efficient and quality workers). Oh, and she did all this while we were states away! I kind of want to sell our house again, just so we can work with Suzie another time, lol.

BUYING:
Suzie helped us discover and buy our new house. By "discovering," I mean she basically helped us figure out what we actually wanted in a house in the first place. A couple of house viewings in, and she had figured us out. Suzie isn't chasing after a quantity of sales; she's seeking the quality of sale—ensuring that you find the right home for your specific situation. In fact (and I know she wouldn't ever recommend this generally), we were leaving town the day a house went on the market that seemed to check all the boxes. She toured the house, sent us pictures, called us, and walked us through everything. We ended up making an offer on the house, got it, and love it! We were only able to do that because of the trust we built with Suzie throughout the process and the integrity she consistently showed with us and as we watched her work and negotiate with other realtors. Suzie is gold!

When you contract with a realtor, you very much hope for one conducts themselves professionally and with cordially, who will market your home well, advocate for you, and, as far as it's in her power to do, make the sale quickly and the closing smooth. Suzie did all this. She negotiated for us (and the buyer whom she also represented) through a situation that could have made the whole thing fall through but under her guidance was resolved to the satisfaction of all. Our house went on the market just after Memorial Day weekend and we closed on June 30. We'd choose her again and have recommended her already to friends planning to sell their home. I'm very grateful we chose Suzie, not only for the sale but also for her kindness and faith-filled life.

Suzie Mack is a VERY GOOD realtor. Best of the best. We had a realtor that had our house for a year. Only showed it twice.
That Realtor and a inspector after a year said that we would never sell our house. So we fired her and the inspector from Kokomo and gave it to Suzie Mack, Tucker Real Estate to sell. Suzie had a buyer in 30 days.
Suzie is a very honest and dependable lady. If she says she is going to do something she does it. And yes she does return your calls unlike a lot of them.
I would recommend her to anyone.
Then we had a house baught through Suzie so we could move to it without paying peneltiee on the one we sold.
