Wow. Ron and team is in a class of their own. Over the past 10 years, we have bought and sold several properties and worked with many different realtors. Ron is by far the best we have ever worked with. He is not pushy and will patiently show you as many properties as it takes until you find what you are looking for. He is well informed about each property and gives great insights while you are viewing a home with him. He is an expert in the closing process and will help guide you through the negotiations, various inspection and other milestones. But wait - there is more. After you have your new home, Ron remains a true partner to you. He made many excellent recommendations for good contractors to work/ partner with and even came to visit our new home on a few occasions to check on a few contractor projects we tackled. If you want a next level realtor that makes everything super smooth and remains a partner to you long after the sale is closed, Ron and team is the way to go. Don't hesitate.

Suzie was recommended to my family in 2014. She was very professional, and was willing to speak truth to the family members who wanted to price the house based on heart and not fact. Family over ruled, and not listening to Suzie’s advice cost the estate financially.

Fast forward to 2023; I contacted Suzie and Ron to both purchase and buy a home. They were once again very easy to work with, and unafraid to remind you that real estate is a business no matter how much emotions might try to sneak in. And Suzie and Ron have your back and your business in mind.
Suzie understands the emotional side real estate and while showing empathy, will still try to get you the best deal.

We are indebted to Suzie for all that she did for us! We were from out of town and trying to sell a house in an area we knew nothing about. She and her husband came over to the house we were working on and gave us positive feedback and said there would be no problem with selling it! They helped us find someone to help us with fixing up the place so we could put it on the market. If anyone ever asked about realtors in Springfield, IL we would only recommend the Duffs! So easy to work with and so knowledgeable about their craft! The house sold in less than a week!! Awesome job and great people!

The Duff Sales Team did an outstanding job for us selling both a business and a home. They were incredibly helpful, always responsive, very resourceful (from getting help for shredding business paperwork to getting a new roof and carpeting installed in an older home - they had answers for all our challenges). My fist time selling she really was helpful in a stressful situation, having an experienced, knowledgeable realtor like her made the process so much easier.
